  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year

Summary & responsibilities:

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing top-notch support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with other teams to respond promptly & accurately to customer enquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our services and stay updated on any changes or developments both internally and across the ever-changing industry
  • Upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
