What’s the Long-Term Potential?

Following the 12-month contract, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent Junior Engineering role, with the option to pursue a brand new VDA Apprenticeship course to become a fully accredited Vehicle Damage Assessor! Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with engineers to promptly and accurately address customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services.

– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.

– Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
