We recently sent out a survey to see how engaged and happy our staff are working here. We pride ourselves on being a fun and flexible place to work with various different schemes put in place to ensure our staff are happy but it’s always good to hear it form the horses mouth!
The results, on the whole, were fantastic. We wanted to make sure that the information we disseminate about the company is useful to staff and that they are engaged whilst they are here. You can view the results in our infographic below.
Following the survey we undertook focus groups with the individual teams to discuss the results and gather more in depth knowledge. We have already implemented some changes off the back of these results and we’ll continue to review staff engagement to ensure we have a happy workforce.
