Recruiting: Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDA)

We’re expanding our teams in 2025, so we’re looking for VDAs of all levels:

About us:

We provide innovative engineering solutions from comprehensive reports through to automotive crash intelligence. Our engineers create reports that are enhanced by a suite of automation and AI tools, allowing them to concentrate on essential estimating and assessing tasks instead of administrative duties.

As the UK’s leading independent assessors, we have received multiple awards for our workplace, customer service, and technology. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of engineering, collaborating with some of the largest and most innovative car hire, accident management, insurance, and legal companies in the country. Our innovative technology enhances their operations, significantly reducing time and pressure on their staff while improving their consumer services.

Our Range of Engineers & pay structure

At Junior level, someone with an interest in cars who may have some automotive knowledge but wants to learn further.  Possibly spent a short period in a bodyshop or insurer.

Mid-level, a little more advanced with knowledge of estimating and valuing vehicles, perhaps as a bodyshop estimator or insurance assessor.

Advanced level would see a few years experience in a VDA role either for insurers, fleets or independent assessors.

Don’t worry about the tech side; we offer comprehensive training to ensure you can focus on assessing vehicle repairs without administrative distractions.

We appreciate people who are diligent and committed to completing tasks accurately. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality reports rather than adhering to a fixed schedule. The roles are best suited to motivated team players, ready to collaborate within a top-tier company, and have a results-driven attitude.

Benefits:

Salary £28,000 – £56,000 depending on qualifications, experience & attitude.
