Laird has unveiled a sophisticated AI-powered chatbot integrated into its Swiftcase platform, extending capabilities beyond traditional 24/7 customer support to encompass natural language processing and instantaneous vehicle valuations.

Multi-Language Support

The conversational system leverages ChatGPT Plus technology to interpret user questions and deliver responses in natural language format. The bot can switch to hundreds of other popular languages to assist anyone who struggles with English.

By tapping into extensive car listing databases like AutoTrader, the chatbot identifies comparable vehicle advertisements, enabling transparent valuations rooted in current market data.
