The annual I Love Claims Conference is taking place next week and it’s set to be a great day. First up is CEO of Consumer Intelligence, Ian Hughes, discussing the behaviour science approach to reducing claims fraud and then Mark Savill from Lyons Davidson will be discussing the Legal Reforms.
Then there will be a panel debate – Legal Reforms – What do we think of it so far with Mark Savill, Donna Scully (Carpenters) and James Dalton (ABI). The afternoon continues to look at the industry and has some very interesting speakers – including another panel debate around the Competition Commission.
