Following on from our previous post about our company values, we had some great feedback last week to highlight how our staff are ‘committed to exceptional customer experience’.

One of our Engineers tried to arrange an inspection in London with a client but the client was in meetings all day on the other side of London to our Engineer. Instead of leaving it and waiting for another day, our Engineer went out cycling that evening and met the client to undertake the inspection.

We aim to exceed expectations everyday – not just in dealing with our clients, but also when dealing with our colleagues and suppliers.
