With continued growth this year we’re recruiting people to support our engineers. The role is varied with a mix of customer service support, phone calls, data entry, liaising with colleagues. You will talking to engineers, garages, clients on a daily basis, in an environment the following skills will be required.
- Competent computer skills – you must know your way around (full training will be given on our bespoke software)
- Fast & accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good Organisational Skills
The ideal applicant will ideally but not necessary, boast a proven background and experience in Customer Service & have experience using computers.
The hours will be 37.5 per week Monday – Friday with flexible start / finish times
Job Type: Full-time, no dress-code, dog friendly offices.
Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,000.00 /year, plus bonus, pension, personal development & training & other benefits.
