The Role
We provide cutting-edge engineering solutions, offering comprehensive reports and automotive crash intelligence & are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Engineer Liaison team. This role involves collaborating with our engineers to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs. Complex or unresolved issues will be escalated to the appropriate department.
