This month marks the 5 year Anniversary of one of our Engineers, Adam Philpotts. Here’s what Adam had to say about his time so far at Laird:
The last five years has been utterly brilliant, I don’t feel like I’ve worked a day! I’ve learnt so much and really feel that I have developed as a person and an engineer and feel that laird have helped me every step of the way!
From starting in our engineering training programme not really knowing what the job entailed just wanted to be involved in a company working with cars, to learning the ins and outs of the company and the job and really enjoying every step on the way to becoming an engineer. I feel that I’ve really grown into an important member of the team and hopefully a valued member of the Laird family!
I’m really looking forward to the next 5 years at Laird and continuing my development and being part of such exponential growth is extremely rewarding and I cant wait to see what the future brings
