Recruiting: Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for someone start in the engineer’s liaison department and being developed towards becoming a qualified motor engineer.

The Roles –

We are looking for people with an interest in cars.  You may be from the body repair industry, motor trade, hire car, legal or insurance industry; or you may just site cars as a hobby, enjoy motorsport or tinker with cars at the weekend.

This role could be your first step to become a qualified engineer, assessor or manager.  We have a large team on all levels to support, develop & train you, including the Engineer Academy.

The hours will be around 37.5 per week typically Monday – Friday with flexible start / finish times & days; we’re more interested in results than hours, so we’ll fit round you.  Work from home / office hybrid to suit you, 

Job Type: Full-time, no dress-code, dog friendly offices.

Salary starts around £20k per year with increases as you develop to over £40k as a fully qualified engineer.  We also offer a pension, cycle / drive to work schemes, bonuses, training & many other benefits.
