The Role –

We are looking for people with good experience in Customer Service who have a great telephone manner as you will be at the forefront of the company. You will be liaising with Hire Car companies, Claims managers, Body-shops, Solicitors and Insurers to handle incoming enquiries. We have a fantastic team on all levels to support, develop & train you, although some knowledge of the motor, legal or insurance industry would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid work-from-home option

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 per week, but we give you the flexibility to choose the times you work; 9-5 with half an hour lunch is traditional but you can work 8-4, 10-6, split the hours during the day to suit your personal life, do it in 3 long days.  So long as the output is excellent, targets hit and clients & the rest of the team is happy.
