What might be in it for you long term?

There may be an opportunity following the 12-month contract to step into a permanent Junior Engineering role plus the option to embark on our VDA Apprenticeship to become a fully qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor!

Responsibilities

· Work with the motor engineering teams to promptly and accurately address customer requirements, ensuring a seamless experience.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of our services

· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.

· Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to your manager.

What we’re looking for:

We’re not just looking for skills; we’re seeking individuals with passion, a desire to learn, determination, and boundless enthusiasm.  We using cutting edge AI & automation, so you won’t have experience in doing it the way we do, but that’s not a problem as we provide full and comprehensive training.  However, here are some basic skills that would be beneficial:

· Previous experience in customer service.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a warm and professional demeanour.

· Focus on meeting customer needs.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications.
