We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Head of Automotive, Lee Baty, has been shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year in this year’s British Claims Awards.
Lee has been with Laird for 5 years now & has been pivotal in the company’s massive increase in customer experience excellence, staff training & motivation together with strong client liaison & strategy planning.
Lee said “I’m thrilled to have be shortlisted for this prestigious award. It’s humbling to be recognised for all the efforts I’ve put into the firm.”
