What do we need?

One part of our business is providing Automotive expertise to Law firms, Insurance Companies & Accident Management Companies in the form of various Engineering Reports.

One of our fastest growing departments is the In-House desktop Engineers.  We have created our own case management system which links to our clients & suppliers, the DVLA, Motorspecs, Audatex, Glass’s, Proclaim, Sage, Xero, etc; pretty much anything with an API link.

We’re obsessed with useful tech & have a kaisen attitude towards the business.   This department is growing well due to a combination of rapid & accurate tech and a brilliant & well trained team on our side, plus our clients are seeing the financial, speed & ecological benefits of desktop reports.

Who Are You?

As an administrator for Laird, you will assisting the Engineers & learning from them, whilst they are liaising with repairing garages, solicitors, claim referrers, insurers, third party representatives and the general public in order to compile assessors reports.

You may also get involved in assisting the Assessors to review, investigate, explore, analyse, resolve and respond to all after service enquiries.

What now?

Whilst experience in the motor/insurance industry would be ideal this is not essential as full training will be given, the role ideally suits someone with a keen interest in cars and the motor industry
