Julian reaches a decade at Laird

Midlands based motor engineer Julian has reached a decade of work at Laird Assessors.  Ten years in any role is a long time but Julian said, “I love what I do & it’s a great company to work for.  We’ve seen so many changes over the year as cars & the industry has evolved.”

MD Nik Ellis said, “I’m so proud of Julian & the work he does, couldn’t ask for a better team player.  Here’s to another 10 years!”

Nik presented Julian with a crate of what Julian thought was a chicken but turned out to be locally sourced bottles of booze to celebrate with.

Laird are proud that we have such long serving team members as it is testament to our company ethos, development pathways & culture.

Julian is the epitome of what we’re trying to achieve in terms of recruiting really good people & developing them into amazing parts of our Laird family.
