Laird have employed remote workers almost since inception so have two decades experience of the best practices. With the aid of a bespoke cloud based operating software Swiftcase supported by Livepoint alongside a VOIP based telephony system Laird operations continue to its exacting standards as usual.
We have a number of our operational centres working remotely to maintain service levels to our usual standard. Our field inspections will continue as planned with some restrictions to client contact which will be thoroughly vetted from inception to manage risk exposure as much as possible.
We have significant implementations and an enhanced desktop imaging team on hand to handle an increased volume of Desktop/Image Assessments which will significantly reduce contact and speed up K2K times during these challenging times. Technology such as our chatbots, automated booking system & remote vehicle damage inspection app can all assist during this time.
