Our clerical teams are based in our headquarters on the Wirral, providing support and assistance to our clients together with coordinating our field based engineers.  We split the UK into North, Central & South but any team will be able to assist you.  Our central team also has a fluent Polish operative.

Our in-house teams are also based on the Wirral, with qualified engineers providing desktop reports, Audatex network assessments, coordinate fraud, consistency & causation (LVI) investigations, organise specialist accident reconstruction and analysis reports, locus (site) inspections, injury photography, diminution in value assessments, vehicle valuations and other specialist reports.  The technical support team assist with any report questions such as supplementary damage and valuation queries.

Our field motor engineers are home-based, positioned strategically around the country & can all be contacted vie e-mail directly.

The main office is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, plus we have an out of hours administration operative for clients requiring evening contact.  Our South engineering team have weekend engineering coverage throughout Greater London.
