We specialise in accident investigation services, providing independent, comprehensive reports to the insurance and legal industries throughout the UK.
We pride ourselves in our market leading service standards and speed of response, from your initial instruction through to the final completed CPR compliant report. Typically we will contact your client within one hour of instruction, examine the vehicle anywhere in the UK within 48 hours, and produce a complete report with images within 24 hours of examination. The status of any instruction can be tracked using the above login facility. In early summer this will be expanded to include a chronological log of events and allow you to download copies of our reports, authority notes, letters, etc.
We also provide accident reconstruction reports, locus (site) reports, diminution in value reports, injury photography, post-repair & pre-purchase reports, causation / LVI reports, exaggerated claim and fraud investigation reports.
Our engineers are highly qualified and experienced in the accident repair and insurance industry and will gladly support the contents of their report in Court whenever required. We are regularly instructed by Insurers, brokers, Defendant, Claimant and Criminal solicitors and have a wealth of experience in Court.
